I love you sweet Gemma. Thank you for making me a momma. It has brought me more joy than I ever thought possible and more certainty in this vocation than any number of Pre-Cana classes could have prepped me for. I still do not feel prepared in any way, and every day is an adventure but you make me laugh and you make me smile, you also can make me cry and want to throw things but that probably isn't for a mother's day post huh?
I love these pictures from the hospital and your tiny claw like hands. I was so surprised by Joy and amazed at how God could open my heart in ways I never could comprehend, instantaneously.
(We celebrated mother's day together last year too but I had no idea just what was coming!)
